Full credits on all appointments cancelled and/or rescheduled with at least a 48 hour notice. Full refunds are available with at least 48 hour notice, minus a 20% refund fee to cover payment transaction costs.

For last minute cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, we will charge a $65 cancellation fee.

Please have your pet properly walked prior to our arrival. If not then let us know.

Please be ready on time. Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled or goes over alloted time.

Unhappy with the grooming? let us know within 48 hours of the grooming so we can quickly fix the issue, generally free of charge.

No refunds are given for grooming services rendered but if applicable, we may be able to add credit towards your next styling.
